Qurio Direct — Governing your access to and use of the Platform
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Qurio Direct platform, including all websites, applications, software systems, AI services, buying club programs, marketplaces, blockchain integrations, and related services. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Company — Qurio Direct and its owners, operators, subsidiaries, contractors, and affiliates.
Platform — All websites, mobile applications, software systems, AI systems, databases, marketplaces, blockchain integrations, and digital tools operated by the Company.
Member — Any individual or entity that registers an account on the Platform.
Buying Club Account (BCA) — Membership accounts allowing participation in the Qurio Direct wholesale buying club system.
Position of Power (POP) — Limited lifetime accounts providing expanded system participation privileges.
Xavier — The artificial intelligence system and automation infrastructure that powers the Platform.
By registering for an account or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree you must discontinue use immediately.
To use the Platform you must: be at least 18 years of age; have legal capacity to enter binding agreements; provide truthful and accurate registration information; and comply with all applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
Members must create an account to access platform services. Members agree that registration information will remain accurate and updated, login credentials will remain confidential, and members are responsible for all activity conducted through their account. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
The Platform provides membership tiers referred to as Buying Club Accounts: Red Diamond, Yellow Diamond, Blue Diamond, and Platinum Diamond. Activation fees, subscription fees, and program rules apply. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue account tiers at any time.
The Platform offers limited lifetime accounts referred to as Positions of Power including POP Platinum and POP Levels 1–5. Availability may be limited or discontinued at the Company's discretion.
The Platform provides access to supplier relationships and wholesale purchasing opportunities. Product listings, pricing, supplier relationships, and inventory availability may change without notice. The Company does not guarantee availability of any product or service.
Members may participate in buying, selling, or marketing products through the Platform where permitted. Members are responsible for complying with all applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to remove listings or restrict participation.
Certain membership tiers may allow participation in platform revenue programs through product sales, marketplace transactions, supplier partnerships, membership activity, and automated platform allocation systems. Participation does not guarantee income.
The Platform utilizes automated allocation algorithms that distribute marketplace activity, sales volume, or system resources across members. These allocations are determined by proprietary algorithms. The Company retains full control over the operation and adjustment of these systems.
The Platform uses AI technologies including Xavier for automation, analytics, marketplace optimization, and decision support. AI systems operate as tools and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Members remain fully responsible for decisions made using AI-generated outputs. Qurio Direct disclaims all liability arising from reliance on AI-generated information.
Participation in the Qurio Direct platform does not guarantee income or financial success. Any earnings examples, projections, or potential income references are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results may vary significantly based on market conditions, user activity, product demand, marketing efforts, and other variables outside the control of Qurio Direct. All business activities involve risk.
Activating, purchasing, or maintaining a BCA, POP, or any other account is the purchase of a membership and a set of tools — it is not, and must not be construed as, an income-generating transaction in itself. Any "Weekly Potential," "Up to $X/wk," "Combined Weekly," or similar figure displayed anywhere in the platform represents a theoretical maximum under ideal, sustained activity — it is a ceiling, not a prediction, target, promise, or expected outcome, and the typical Member should not expect to reach it. Many Members earn little or nothing. You should not activate or pay for anything on this Platform with the expectation of recouping that cost or receiving any particular amount of money.
Participation in the Platform does not constitute an investment contract, a security, or a passive income program. Members participate as independent users of platform tools and systems.
Members agree to pay all applicable fees including activation fees, subscription fees, product purchases, and service charges. Failure to maintain required payments may result in suspension or termination.
Members may not make misleading or unrealistic income claims regarding the Platform. Marketing materials must accurately represent the opportunity. Violation may result in account termination.
Members may not commit fraud, manipulate platform systems, exploit technical vulnerabilities, misrepresent the Company, or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate termination.
All platform software, algorithms, branding, databases, AI systems, and proprietary technology are the intellectual property of the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purposes. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or reproduction is prohibited.
By submitting content members grant the Company a worldwide license to use such content for platform operations and marketing. Members remain responsible for content they submit.
Use of the Platform is subject to the Qurio Direct Privacy Policy. Members acknowledge that data may be collected for operational, security, and analytical purposes.
The Platform may experience downtime, maintenance, or interruptions. The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability of services.
The Platform may integrate with third party services such as payment processors, suppliers, marketing tools, or software systems. The Company is not responsible for the performance or reliability of third party services.
The Platform may integrate blockchain technologies or digital assets including Infinity X Coin (IXC). Digital assets are inherently volatile. Members assume all risk associated with digital asset transactions.
Members agree not to attempt to compromise, disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform's infrastructure or AI systems. Security violations may result in legal action.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform ecosystem. Termination may result in loss of platform access and privileges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, or losses resulting from their actions on the Platform.
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, cyber attacks, government actions, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.
Members agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal claims. If disputes cannot be resolved they shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Member and the Company.
